Registration Fees & Payment

Online registration and payment is the preferred and fastest method.

If you do not have a Credit Card, please contact the Registrar to make alternative arrangements.

2025/26 Fee Structure (Summer & Winter)

We have kept our fees the same as the previous season. Cross Country Membership is included with all options.

Early Bird Membership Fees

Registrations MUST be received & paid for by 10.00pm on 30th Sept 2025 to receive these rates.

Regular Membership Fees

Registrations MUST be received & paid for from 1st Oct 2025 to midday on 20th December 2025.

Important Registration Details

Registration Advice

Significant delays are expected during the first 4 weeks of Saturday morning competition for those wanting to register & pay at the Clubrooms.

Therefore it is advised, if possible, that you complete your Registration Online and make payment prior to week 1, during the week at home (or work).

Refund Policy Breakdown

The membership fee comprises of a compulsory LAVic fee ($89.00) and a WLAC fee making up the balance.

The LAVic fees of $89.00 (plus processing charge) are non-refundable.

The WLAC fee component may only be refunded under extraordinary circumstances and only after an application in writing, approved by the committee.

New to Little Athletics?

Please do up to two free Trials before registering. Trial registrations are to be done online.

Pre-Season Information / Registration Day

Information/Registration morning will be held:

Sat 20th September, from 10.00 am

Location: The Central Reserve Clubroom, Glen Waverley.

There will be computer access on the above date for those who need some assistance or wish to register on the spot.

Purpose of the Day:

Online Registrations and Payment can be made
Uniforms can be purchased
The athlete's registration patch can be collected
Members can present Proof of Age
Trial athletes can submit their details and ask questions.
